Industry Update - June 2012 - No. 92

June 2012 has experienced positive gaming revenue growth for Queensland Hotels and Clubs.

Total state gaming revenue is up 11.6% on June 2011.

QLD Gaming Revenue Trend
Total State net metered win in Queensland gaming venues in June 2012 has increased by $17,520,131 or 11.6% when compared to June 2011.

The difference in State net metered win for June 2012 and June 2010 shows an increase of 15.5%

All areas posted healthy increases for June.

The growth and decline that the gaming industry (as a result of the 100% smoking ban introduced 1 July 2006 and economic factors) has experienced since July 2006 on a yearly month on month basis are illustrated in the following graph.

Project Administrator - Affordable Management Corporation

Affordable Management Corporation is an approved applicant in the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) and required an Administrator to manage the reporting and compliance requirements of the Scheme as well as assisting property managers, developers and government departments involved in the Scheme.

The experience and skills sought are:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage volume with accuracy in a process driven environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Staff supervisory skills
  • Ability to find solutions
  • Computer skills - excel, word and gateway knowledge advantageous
